Summary: | The present disclosure relates to a method for making a dialkyl malonate ester, including a) acidifying a malonate composition comprising: at least 30 wt% based on malonic acid equivalents of a compound of formula (I) where M+ is a Group I alkali metal cation or ammonium cation. The malonate composition optionally includes: a compound of formula (II) and/or malonic acid. Step a) comprises contacting an organic alcohol and an inorganic acid with the malonate composition to form a first acidified malonate composition comprising: a compound of formula (IV, a compound of formula (V), and/or malonic acid. R1 and R2 are independently (C1-C8)alkyl.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un ester malonate de dialkyle, consistant à a) acidifier une composition de malonate comprenant : au moins 30 % en poids sur la base d'équivalents d'acide malonique d'un composé de formule (I) où M+ est un cation de métal alcalin du groupe I ou un cation ammonium. La composition de malonate comprend éventuellement : un composé de formule (II) et/ou de l'acide malonique. L'étape a) consiste à mettre en contact un alcool organique et un acide inorganique avec la composition de malonate pour former une première composition de malonate acidifié comprenant : un composé de formule (IV), un composé de formule (V) et/ou de l'acide malonique. R1 et R2 sont indépendamment un alkyle en (C1-C8). |
