Provided is a high voltage output device having a serial-parallel stacked structure of capacitors. The high voltage output device comprises: one or more substrates including one or more capacitor elements connected in series or in parallel to each other; and one or more pillar structures provided on the upper surface of each of the substrates, wherein each of the substrates includes a first electrode and a second electrode, which have different potentials, and the capacitor elements are configured to be connected with each other or connected to at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode.
