The cleaning device receives a start-up operation signal (S102); the cleaning device detects whether a cleaning part of the cleaning device is in place (S104); and if the cleaning part of the cleaning device is in place, the cleaning device provides cleaning liquid heated at a first preset power by a heating apparatus (13) of the cleaning device to the cleaning part at a first preset flow rate (S106). The heating apparatus (13) of the cleaning head apparatus (1) heats the fluid supplied by the fluid supply unit to the cleaning head apparatus (1) to a predetermined temperature and then transmits the fluid to a rolling brush assembly (11) of the cleaning head apparatus (1) by means of a fluid transmission assembly so as to implement pre-liquid supply and pre-heating.
