Summary:A cochlear implant system using a compatible external device, in which the external device stores mapping data obtained by measuring a biological response according to an electrical stimulation signal of an internal device implanted in the cochlea of a user for each internal device and is thus compatible with other internal devices, comprises: an external device which stores, for each internal device, mapping data obtained by measuring a biological response according to an electrical stimulation signal of an internal device implanted in the cochlea of a user, and determines the compatibility with a target internal device to convert sound into an electrical signal according to mapping data of the target internal device among a plurality of pieces of mapping data; and the target internal device which, if the external device is compatible, receives the electrical signal from the external device, converts the electrical signal into an electrical stimulation signal, and stimulates the auditory nerves of the cochlea with an electrical stimulation signal. L'invention concerne un système d'implant cochléaire utilisant un dispositif externe compatible, dans lequel le dispositif externe stocke des données de mise en correspondance obtenues par mesure d'une réponse biologique en fonction d'un signal de stimulation électrique d'un dispositif interne implanté dans la cochlée d'un utilisateur pour chaque dispositif interne, et est ainsi compatible avec d'autres dispositifs internes, comprenant : un dispositif externe qui stocke, pour chaque dispositif interne, des données de mise en correspondance obtenues par mesure d'une réponse biologique en fonction d'un signal de stimulation électrique d'un dispositif interne implanté dans la cochlée d'un utilisateur, et détermine la compatibilité avec un dispositif interne cible pour convertir le son en un signal électrique en fonction des données de mise en correspondance du dispositif interne cible parmi une pluralité d'éléments de données de mise en correspondance ; et le dispositif interne cible qui, si le dispositif externe est compatible, reçoit le signal électrique provenant du dispositif externe, convertit le signal électrique en un signal de stimulation électrique et stimule les nerfs auditifs de la cochlée avec un signal de stimulation électrique. 외부기가 각 내부기 별로 사용자의 달팽이관에 이식된 내부기의 전기자극신호에 따라 생체 반응을 측정한 매핑데이터를 저장하여 다른 내부기와도 호환될 수 있는 호환가능한 외부기를 이용하는 인공와우 시스템은 사용자의 달팽이관에 이식된 내부기의 전기자극신호에 따라 생체 반응을 측정한 매핑데이터를 각 내부기 별로 저장하고 있고, 타겟 내부기와 호환가능여부를 판단하여 복수개의 매핑데이터 중 타겟 내부기의 매핑데이터에 따라 소리를 전기신호로 변환하는 외부기; 및 상기 외부기가 호환가능하면 상기 외부기로부터 전기신호를 수신하여 전기신호를 전기자극신호로 변환하고 와우의 청신경을 전기자극신호로 자극하는 상기 타겟 내부기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
