Summary:Among other things, techniques are described for a passenger support system. In an example, a reported number of passengers associated with on-demand mobility transportation services is obtained in response to passengers opting-in to a passenger support system. The reported number of passengers is compared with a vehicle detected number of passengers. In response to the reported number of passengers being unequal to the vehicle detected number of passengers, a remote customer assistant is enabled. L'invention concerne, entre autres, des techniques pour un système d'aide aux passagers. Dans un exemple, un nombre rapporté de passagers associés à des services de transport de mobilité à la demande est obtenu en réponse au fait que des passagers choisissent un système d'aide aux passagers. Le nombre rapporté de passagers est comparé à un nombre de passagers détecté par un véhicule. En réponse au fait que le nombre rapporté de passagers est différent du nombre de passagers détecté par le véhicule, un assistant de client à distance est activé.
