Summary: | A dual-targeting composite nanosystem loading amphotericin B (AmpB) and β-1,3-glucanase (Gls), and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The Gls and AmpB are loaded by chitosan nanoparticles and have synergy effect; and fungal biofilms can be destroyed and eliminated by means of a dual-targeting nanosystem against fungal biofilm exopolysaccharides β-1 and 3-glucan as well as internal bacteria, thereby improving eliminating capability.
Nanosystème composite à double ciblage contenant de l'amphotéricine B (AmpB) et de la β-1,3-glucanase (Gls), son procédé de préparation et son application. La Gls et l'AmpB sont chargées par des nanoparticules de chitosane et présentent un effet de synergie; et des biofilms fongiques peuvent être détruits et éliminés au moyen d'un nanosystème à double ciblage contre des biofilms fongiques d'exopolysaccharides β-1 et 3-glucane ainsi que des bactéries internes, ce qui permet d'améliorer la capacité d'élimination.
