This sound bar (10) having a striking surface (10a) comprises: a surface layer (11) which has a first surface (11a) forming at least part of the striking surface (10a) and a second surface (11b) on the reverse side from said first surface (11a); and a base (12) which is provided on the second surface (11b) side of the surface layer (11), wherein a notched surface (15) is provided in a peripheral portion of the striking surface (10a), and the first surface (11a) of the surface layer (11) is smaller than the base (12) in plan view.
