La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une préparation solide orale contenant un agoniste du récepteur de la sphingosine-1-phosphate par granulation par voie humide, et plus précisément, un procédé de préparation d'une préparation solide orale, la préparation solide orale étant préparée par granulation par voie humide à l'aide d'acide 1-[1-chloro-6-(3-chloro-1-isopropyl-1H-indazol-5-ylméthoxy)-3,4-dihydro-naphtalén-2-ylméthyl]-pipéridine-4-carboxylique de formule chimique 1, ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable associé, avec du laurylsulfate de sodium, en guise d'agent de solubilisation.
