Summary:The present invention relates to a method for treating cancer using an immune checkpoint inhibitor and, more specifically, to a method for treating cancer by confirming the expression of immune checkpoint proteins and lymphoid or myeloid cell-specific proteins in circulating tumor cells isolated from blood, selecting a patient with positive expression of immune checkpoint proteins and negative expression of lymphoid or myeloid cell-specific proteins as a patient to which cancer immunotherapy is applicable, and administering an immune checkpoint inhibitor to the patient. The method for treating cancer using circulating tumor cells according to the present invention simultaneously confirms the expression of immune checkpoint proteins and lymphoid or myeloid cell-specific proteins in a liquid biopsy, and then selects a patient by removing false positive circulating tumor cells, thereby having high accuracy and high commercial utility, and thus, the method of the present invention is useful for diagnosing and treating cancer. La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement du cancer à l'aide d'un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé de traitement du cancer par confirmation de l'expression de protéines de point de contrôle immunitaire et de protéines spécifiques de cellules lymphoïdes ou myéloïdes dans des cellules tumorales circulantes isolées du sang, par sélection d'un patient ayant une expression positive de protéines de point de contrôle immunitaire et une expression négative de protéines spécifiques de cellules lymphoïdes ou myéloïdes en tant que patient auquel une immunothérapie anticancéreuse est applicable, et par administration d'un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire au patient. Le procédé de traitement du cancer à l'aide de cellules tumorales circulantes selon la présente invention confirme simultanément l'expression de protéines de point de contrôle immunitaire et de protéines spécifiques de cellules lymphoïdes ou myéloïdes dans une biopsie liquide, puis sélectionne un patient en éliminant les fausses cellules tumorales circulantes positives, ce qui permet d'obtenir une grande précision et une utilité commerciale élevée, et, par conséquent, le procédé de la présente invention est utile pour diagnostiquer et traiter le cancer. 본 발명은 면역관문억제제를 이용한 암 치료방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 혈액에서 분리된 순환종양세포에서 면역관문 단백질 및 림프계 또는 골수계 세포 특이적 단백질의 발현을 확인하여 면역관문 단백질 발현이 양성이고, 림프계 또는 골수계 세포 특이적 단백질의 발현이 음성으로 확인되는 환자를 면역항암제가 적용가능한 환자로 선별하고, 상기 환자에게 면역관문억제제를 투여하여 암을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 순환종양세포를 이용한 암 치료방법은 액체생검에서 면역관문 단백질과 림프계 또는 골수계 세포 특이적 단백질의 발현을 동시에 확인한 다음, 위양성을 나타내는 순환종양세포를 제거하여 환자를 선별하기 때문에 정확도가 높아 상업적 활용도가 높으므로, 본 발명의 방법은 암 진단 및 치료에 유용하다.
