Summary:The present invention relates to a dynamic droplet generator capable of droplet size control, a droplet size control method using same, and a droplet generating self-diagnostic device. In particular, the present invention can measure droplet sizes in a rapid and accurate manner by a capacitive impedance method and adjust droplets to a desired size through a feedback control method, and thus can enable a self-diagnosis regarding droplet generation while being able to vary the number of droplets. La présente invention concerne un générateur de gouttelettes dynamique capable de commander la taille de gouttelettes, un procédé de commande de taille de gouttelettes l'utilisant et un dispositif d'auto-diagnostic de génération de gouttelettes. En particulier, la présente invention peut mesurer des tailles de gouttelettes d'une manière rapide et précise par un procédé d'impédance capacitif et ajuster des gouttelettes à une taille souhaitée par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé de commande de rétroaction et peut ainsi permettre un auto-diagnostic concernant la génération de gouttelettes tout en étant capable de faire varier le nombre de gouttelettes. 본 발명은 액적 크기 제어가 가능한 능동형 액적 생성장치, 이를 이용한 액적 크기 제어방법 및 액적 생성 자가진단 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 정전용량 임피던스 기법으로 액적 크기를 빠르고 정확하게 측정하여 피드백 제어방식으로 액적을 원하는 크기로 조절할 수 있어 액적 개수를 가변할 수 있으면서도 액적 생성에 대한 자가진단이 가능한 효과를 갖는다.
