This cyclic olefin resin composition contains (A) a cyclic olefin polymer, (B) a diester compound of triglycerin and a fatty acid, and (C) a compound which is a monoester compound of diglycerin and a fatty acid or a monoester compound of glycerin and a fatty acid, and which has a molecular weight that does not exceed 70% of the molecular weight of compound (B). The total amount of compound (B) and compound (C) is 0.10 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of polymer (A). Cette composition de résine d'oléfine cyclique contient (A) un polymère d'oléfine cyclique, (B) un composé diester de triglycérine et un acide gras, et (C) un composé qui est un composé monoester de diglycérine et un acide gras ou un composé monoester de glycérine et un acide gras, et qui a un poids moléculaire qui ne dépasse pas 70 % du poids moléculaire du composé (B).
