The present invention addresses the problem of providing a resin composition containing a cellulose resin, the resin composition being provided with excellent hot-melt moldability and being capable of retaining, in an obtained hot-melt molded article, good physical properties of the cellulose resin. Further, the present invention addresses the problem of providing: a hot-melt molded article in which good physical properties of a cellulose resin are retained; and a method for molding the same. This resin composition is for hot-melt molding, contains a crystalline cellulose resin as a main component, and contains an additive satisfying formula (1).　Formula (1): T2≤T1×0.93, wherein T2 represents the melting point (°C) of a mixture obtained by adding 10 parts by mass of the additive to 90 parts by mass of the crystalline cellulose resin; and T1 represents the melting point (°C) of the crystalline cellulose resin. La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une composition de résine contenant une résine de cellulose, la composition de résine étant dotée d'une excellente aptitude au moulage par thermofusion et étant capable de conserver, dans un article moulé par thermofusion obtenu, de bonnes propriétés physiques de la résine de cellulose. En outre, la présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : un article moulé par thermofusion dans lequel de bonnes propriétés physiques d'une résine de cellulose sont conservées ; et un procédé de moulage de celui-ci.
