The present disclosure provides a cleaning device for cleaning surfaces, typically planar surfaces. The cleaning device includes two functioning elements, a mopping element for allowing mopping the surface with a mop and a wiper element for wiping the surface, typically wiping a portion of the surface that have been mopped by the mop of the mopping element to complete the cleaning process. The cleaning device is designed that one of the elements is further formed with a head unit that is configured to receive an end of a handle, e.g. a rod and the other element is capable of rotating about an axis to allow efficient cleaning process by the device at different portions of the surface in different distances from the subject using the device. Typically, the head unit is formed on the wiper element, the mopping element is capable of rotating about a central axis thereof and the two elements are integrally coupled to one another, e.g. by gluing intended coupling portions of the two elements to one another. La présente divulgation concerne un dispositif de nettoyage pour nettoyer des surfaces, typiquement des surfaces planes. Le dispositif de nettoyage comprend deux éléments fonctionnels, un élément d'épongeage pour permettre l'épongeage de la surface avec un balai à franges et un élément d'essuyage pour essuyer la surface, typiquement essuyer une partie de la surface qui a été épongée par le balai à franges de l'élément d'épongeage afin d'achever le processus de nettoyage. Le dispositif de nettoyage est conçu de sorte qu'un des éléments soit en outre formé avec une unité de tête qui est conçue pour recevoir une extrémité d'une poignée, par exemple une tige et que l'autre élément puisse tourner autour d'un axe pour permettre un processus de nettoyage efficace par le dispositif au niveau de différentes parties de la surface à différentes distances du sujet à l'aide du dispositif. Typiquement, l'unité de tête est formée sur l'élément d'essuyage, l'élément d'épongeage est apte à tourner autour d'un axe central de celui-ci et les deux éléments sont couplés d'un seul tenant l'un à l'autre, par exemple par collage de parties de couplage prévues des deux éléments les unes aux autres.
