La présente invention concerne des miARN en tant que biomarqueurs pour le diagnostic in vitro du gliome et/ou pour la discrimination in vitro d'un gliome avec une mutation au niveau du gène IDH1 d'un gliome avec un gène IDH1 de type sauvage. Lesdits miARN sont les suivants : miR-l-3p, miR-26a-l-3p, et miR-487b-3p.
