Summary: | The present disclosure provides an electronic device mounted on a battery-driven electric vehicle, and an operation method therefor. An electronic device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can calculate expected battery consumption during travel to a destination, identify the remaining current battery amount inside the vehicle, and determine, on the basis of at least in a part of the identified remaining battery amount and expected battery consumption, whether to switch from a first communication mode currently in use (for example, 5G mmWave RF communication) to a second communication mode, which consumes power at a different battery power consumption rate.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique monté sur un véhicule électrique alimenté par batterie et son procédé de fonctionnement. Un dispositif électronique selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut calculer une consommation de batterie attendue pendant le déplacement jusqu'à une destination, identifier la quantité de batterie actuelle restante à l'intérieur du véhicule et déterminer, sur la base, au moins dans une partie de la quantité de batterie restante identifiée et de la consommation de batterie attendue, s'il faut ou non commuter d'un premier mode de communication actuellement en cours d'utilisation (par exemple, une communication RF d'ondes millimétriques 5G) à un second mode de communication, qui consomme de l'énergie à un taux de consommation d'énergie de batterie différent.
