The present invention provides a rearing device which enables easy installation and recovery of a spawning bed. This rearing device (1) comprises: a rearing area forming member (10) which forms rearing areas (A1, A2) for organisms and which has openings formed in at least a bottom part of the rearing areas (A1, A2); and a spawning bed sheet (41) which is formed in a strip shape so as to constitute the bottom surface of the rearing areas (A1, A2) and which is disposed so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the strip shape with respect to the rearing area forming member (10).
