Summary: | The present invention relates to a technique for diagnosing and monitoring neurodegenerative diseases on the basis of body fluid analysis. If a detection system of the present invention is used, effective real-time diagnostic efficiency can be exhibited while a problem such as noise is minimized. Particularly, since miRNAs present in trace amounts are detected in a high detection efficiency and are diagnosed, an excellent diagnostic effect on neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease is exhibited.
La présente invention concerne une technique de diagnostic et de surveillance de maladies neurodégénératives sur la base d'une analyse de fluide corporel. En utilisant un système de détection de la présente invention, il est possible de parvenir à un diagnostic efficace en temps réel tout en minimisant un problème tel que le bruit. En particulier, étant donné que les miRNA présents à l'état de traces sont détectés avec une efficacité de détection élevée et sont diagnostiqués, il en résulte un excellent effet diagnostique sur les maladies neurodégénératives, y compris la maladie d'Alzheimer.
