La présente invention concerne un corps végétal du genre nicotiana ayant une teneur élevée en solavetivone sans nécessité d'inoculation de virus. L'invention concerne également son procédé de production. Dans un corps végétal du genre nicotiana selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la fonction du gène CA1 endogène est supprimée. ウイルスを接種することなく高ソラベチボン含量を実現できるタバコ属植物体およびその製造方法を提供する。本発明の一態様に係るタバコ属植物体は、内在性のCA1遺伝子の機能が抑制されている。
