Summary: | Disclosed in the present invention are a displacement ventilation type building and an indoor surface material decorative panel for avoiding self-locking of stale air indoors, the displacement ventilation type building comprising a room, an air supply system for inputting fresh air into the interior of the room, and an exhaust system for discharging air containing stale air from the interior of the room, the upper surface of the indoor space of the room being a low thermal conductivity surface or the upper surface and the upper section of the side surface of the indoor space of the room both being a low thermal conductivity surface, and the thermal conductivity coefficient of the low thermal conductivity surface being less than or equal to 0.1 W/(mK).
