Summary: | Disclosed are a tunnel disease monitoring system and method for a high-speed train. The tunnel disease monitoring system comprises: a vehicle-mounted laser scanning apparatus, which is used for acquiring the current tunnel three-dimensional graphic data; a localizer, which is used for acquiring the current tunnel location information; a cloud server, which is used for sending the current tunnel three-dimensional graphic data and the current tunnel location information to a tunnel disease monitoring platform; and the tunnel disease monitoring platform, which is used for performing data comparison on the current tunnel three-dimensional graphic data and the current tunnel location informationel, with original tunnel three-dimensional graphic data and original tunnel location information, which are pre-stored in a BIM model database, and returning the obtained tunnel disease information to the cloud server.
