An organic electroluminescent device according to the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; one or more organic layers disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a light emission layer, wherein the light emission layer comprises an organometallic complex represented by chemical formula 1 of the present invention. L'invention concerne un complexe organométallique qui contribue à des améliorations sensibles de la couleur lumineuse et de l'efficacité lumineuse d'un dispositif électroluminescent organique. Un dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la présente invention comprend : une première électrode ; une seconde électrode ; une ou plusieurs couches organiques disposées entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode ; et une couche d'émission de lumière, la couche d'émission de lumière comprenant un complexe organométallique représenté par la formule chimique 1 selon la présente invention. 유기 전계발광 소자의 실질적인 광 색과 광 효율 향상에 기여하는 유기 금속 착물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 전계 발광 소자는 제1 전극; 제2 전극; 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 배치된 1층 이상의 유기물층; 및 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 발광층은 본 발명의 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 금속 착물을 포함한다.
