Summary:A needle-free injector based on underwater discharge using a shock wave according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressure chamber in which a driving fluid is stored; a medication chamber which is connected to the pressure chamber and in which a medication is stored; a pressure transfer part provided between the pressure chamber and the medication chamber and applying a propelling pressure to the medication stored in the medication chamber when a capacity of the pressure chamber expands; a spray unit provided at one side of the medication chamber to discharge the medication; and an electrode part which causes a breakdown of and bubble generation in the driving fluid stored in the pressure chamber to generate the shock wave, thereby expanding the capacity of the pressure chamber. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un injecteur sans aiguille basé sur une décharge sous l'eau à l'aide d'une onde de choc comprend : une chambre de pression dans laquelle un fluide d'entraînement est stocké ; une chambre de médicament qui est reliée à la chambre de pression et dans laquelle un médicament est stocké ; une partie de transfert de pression disposée entre la chambre de pression et la chambre de médicament et appliquant une pression de propulsion au médicament stocké dans la chambre de médicament lorsqu'une capacité de la chambre de pression augmente ; une unité de pulvérisation disposée sur un côté de la chambre de médicament pour évacuer le médicament ; et une partie d'électrode qui provoque un arrêt de la génération de bulles dans le fluide d'entraînement stocké dans la chambre de pression pour générer l'onde de choc, ce qui permet d'augmenter la capacité de la chambre de pression. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충격파를 이용한 수중방전 기반의 무침 주사기는 구동 유체가 저장된 압력 챔버; 상기 압력 챔버와 연결되고 약액이 저장되는 약액 챔버; 상기 압력 챔버 및 상기 약액 챔버 사이에 마련되며, 상기 압력 챔버의 용적이 팽창하면 상기 약액 챔버에 저장된 상기 약액에 추진 압력을 가하는 압력전달부; 상기 약액 챔버의 일측에 마련되어 상기 약액이 배출되는 분사부; 및 상기 압력 챔버에 저장된 상기 구동 유체에 버블생성 및 브레이크 다운을 일으켜서, 충격파를 발생시킴에 따라 상기 압력 챔버의 용적을 팽창시키는 전극부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
