Summary: | Disclosed is a breeding method for a new anti-clubroot disease germplasm of orange Brassica campestris. The method comprises the following steps: (1) using orange Brassica campestris as the female parent and anti-clubroot disease Brassica campestris as the male parent for hybridization to obtain an F1 single plant, selfing the F1 single plant to obtain F2, planting an F2 population, and extracting single plant DNA; (2) observing F2 horticultural traits, and performing bulb chipping to compile statistics on bulb-color phenotypic trait observations; (3) performing PCR amplification by means of a dominant orange gene marker Br530 and an anti-clubroot marker SC2930-T/SC2930Q, and identifying a single plant genotype; (4) performing comprehensive evaluation according to a marker detection result and the horticultural trait observations, and selecting a double-site homozygous anti-clubroot disease orange Brassica campestris plant for two generations of continuous single plant selfing; and (5) after three generations |
