An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a speaker, a communication module for performing communication with an external electronic device, and a processor, wherein the processor may identify whether the electronic device is worn, identify a function being executed by the processor, and control output power of the communication module, on the basis of identifying whether the electronic device is worn and the identified function being executed.
