Summary:According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a ball joint which may be used in a suspension system, a steering system of a vehicle, and the like. The ball joint according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a ball stud provided with a ball member and a rod member extending in one side from the ball member; a housing having an accommodating space within which the ball member is accommodated; a bearing coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the ball member; and an insert molding part fixing the bearing to the housing. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the housing and the bearing may be formed in a cup-shaped structure with an open top and a closed bottom, and the insert molding part may be formed through injection molding by injecting an insert resin down toward a space between the housing and the bearing from the top of the bearing. Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un joint à rotule pouvant être utilisé dans un système de suspension, un système de direction d'un véhicule et analogues. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le joint à rotule peut comprendre : un pivot à rotule muni d'un élément rotule et d'un élément tige s'étendant d'un côté à partir de l'élément rotule ; une enveloppe comportant un espace de réception destiné à recevoir l'élément rotule à son intérieur ; un palier accouplé à une surface circonférentielle externe de l'élément rotule ; et une partie de surmoulage fixant le palier à l'enveloppe. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'enveloppe et le palier peuvent prendre la forme d'une structure en forme de coupelle dotée d'une partie supérieure ouverte et d'une partie inférieure fermée, et la partie de surmoulage peut être formée par l'intermédiaire d'un moulage par injection, au moyen de l'injection vers le bas d'une résine d'élément inséré vers un espace entre l'enveloppe et le palier, à partir de la partie supérieure du palier. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 차량의 현가장치나 조향장치 등에 이용될 수 있는 볼조인트가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 볼조인트는 볼부재와 볼부재로부터 일측으로 연장하여 형성된 로드부재를 구비하는 볼스터드와; 내부에 볼부재가 수용되는 수용공간을 갖는 하우징과; 볼부재의 외주면에 결합되는 베어링과; 베어링을 하우징에 고정시키는 인서트 몰딩부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 하우징 및 베어링은 상부가 개방되고 하부가 폐쇄된 컵 형상의 구조로 형성될 수 있고, 인서트 몰딩부는 베어링의 상부로부터 하우징과 베어링 사이의 공간을 향해 인서트 수지를 하방으로 주입하여 사출 성형되도록 구성될 수 있다.
