La présente invention concerne des particules magnétiques d'oxyde de fer comprenant de l'oxyde de fer et MXn, M étant un métal de transition avec un électron occupant l'orbite 6p sur le tableau périodique et comprenant au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par Tl, Pb, Bi et Po, X comprenant au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par F, Cl, Br et I, et n étant un nombre entier de 1 à 6. 본 발명은 산화철 및 MXn을 포함하는 산화철 자성 입자로서, 상기 M은 주기율표상 6p 오비탈에 전자가 포함되는 전이금속으로서 Tl, Pb, Bi 및 Po 로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하고, 상기 X는 F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 n은 1 내지 6의 정수인 것인 산화철 자성 입자를 제공한다.
