A robotic prosthetic foot having an elastic body according to the present invention comprises: a coupling module which is coupled at the top thereof to a user's limb part; a prosthetic foot module which is coupled to the bottom of the coupling module and supports the load of the user so as to enable the user to walk; and a joint module which is provided in the coupling module so as to allow the prosthetic foot module to be rotated, wherein the joint module includes an elastic unit which is compressed and expanded by the prosthetic foot module rotated according to the user's walking to generate an elastic restoring force and thus facilitate the rotation of the prosthetic foot module.
