The present application relates to a composition for preparing a thermosensitive biomaterial for tissue repair and uses thereof, and provides a composition for preparing a thermosensitive biomaterial for tissue repair comprising a first agent in liquid formulation including an aqueous solution containing chitosan and phosphate ions and a second agent in liquid formulation containing glycerol, and a method for preparing a thermosensitive biomaterial composition for tissue repair using the composition.
