Provided are a method and apparatus for building a durian tracing model, and a durian tracing method. The method for building a durian tracing model comprises: acquiring isotope analysis data of pulp and a pit of a durian from a target place of production; generating a tracing model of the target place of production by using the isotope analysis data and corresponding information of the target place of production and by means of a preset analysis modeling algorithm; and verifying the accuracy rate of the tracing model by using the isotope analysis data of the target place of production and isotope analysis data of other places of production, and acquiring the accuracy rate of the tracing model.
