Summary:The present invention relates to a nanocomposite developed for visualizing the presence of cells more conveniently and accurately and, more specifically, to a composite in which cholesterol oxidase and luminol are immobilized to a nanostructure having a peroxidase activity, and the uses thereof. The synthesized composite according to the present invention has been confirmed to exhibit excellent diagnosis activity and signal duration as well as notably high stability compared to a free system which is not immobilized, and, particularly, it has been confirmed that cholesterol and cells can be visualized and detected by means of the developed composite. The present invention can be used for visualizing microscopic cells in a crime scene and be utilized in developing biosensors. La présente invention concerne un nanocomposite mis au point pour visualiser la présence de cellules de manière plus pratique et plus précise et, plus particulièrement, un composite où la cholestérol oxydase et le luminol sont immobilisés sur une nanostructure ayant une activité peroxydase, et ses utilisations. Il a été confirmé que le composite synthétisé selon la présente invention présente une excellente activité de diagnostic et une durée de signal ainsi qu'une stabilité notablement élevée par rapport à un système libre qui n'est pas immobilisé, et, en particulier, il a été confirmé que le cholestérol et les cellules peuvent être visualisés et détectés au moyen du composite développé. La présente invention peut être utilisée pour visualiser des cellules microscopiques sur une scène de crime et être utilisée pour développer des biocapteurs. 본 발명은 보다 간편하고 정확하게 세포의 존재를 시각화하기 위해 개발된 나노복합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 콜레스테롤 산화효소(cholesterol oxidase); 및 루미놀(luminol)이 과산화효소 활성을 가지는 나노구조체에 고정화되어 있는 복합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 합성된 복합체는 고정화되지 않은 free system에 비해 높은 진단 활성 및 신호 지속성과 함께 극명하게 높은 안정성을 나타내는 것을 확인하였으며, 특히 개발된 복합체를 이용하여 콜레스테롤과 세포의 시각화 및 검출을 확인하였다. 이를 이용하여 범죄현장의 미시 세포의 시각화가 가능하며, 바이오센서 개발에 응용될 수 있다.
