The present invention relates to a super absorbent polymer and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a super absorbent polymer which exhibits an improved absorption rate since particles thereof have an aspect ratio greater than or equal to a certain level and a large roughness; and a super absorbent polymer preparation method capable of preparing the super absorbent polymer. La présente invention concerne un polymère superabsorbant et son procédé de préparation. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne : un polymère superabsorbant qui présente un taux d'absorption amélioré puisque les particules de celui-ci ont un rapport d'aspect supérieur ou égal à un certain niveau et une grande rugosité ; et un procédé de préparation de polymère superabsorbant permettant de préparer ledit polymère superabsorbant. 본 발명은 고흡수성 수지 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 입자의 종횡비(Aspect ratio)가 일정 수준 이상이면서 거칠기(Roughness)가 커서 향상된 흡수 속도를 나타내는 고흡수성 수지 및 이를 제조할 수 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
