A reusable surgical guide for osteosynthesis surgery, for the insertion of wires into bone portions, and a method of using the same. The guide includes a grip including a head extending an end of a base, a blade secured to the head, a trigger that is displaceable in a first slide formed in the head, and an aiming piece that is displaceable in a second slide formed in the base. The trigger includes a guide element for insertion of a pull wire, and the aiming piece includes a means for supporting at least one positioning wire. The method includes retracting the trigger to move a first bone portion relative to a second bone portion; and inserting a first wire through the supporting means and into the first and second bone portions in a state in which the surgical guide and a draw wire holds relative positions of the bone portions. Un guide chirurgical réutilisable pour la chirurgie d'ostéosynthèse permettant l'insertion de fils dans des parties osseuses et son procédé d'utilisation. Le guide comprend une poignée comprenant une tête s'étendant à une extrémité d'une base, une lame fixée à la tête, une gâchette qui peut être déplacée dans une première glissière formée dans la tête, et une pièce de visée qui peut être déplacée dans une seconde glissière formée dans la base. La gâchette comprend un élément de guidage permettant l'insertion d'un fil de traction, et la pièce de visée comprend un moyen pour supporter au moins un fil de positionnement. Le procédé consiste à rétracter la gâchette pour déplacer une première partie osseuse par rapport à une seconde partie osseuse ; et à insérer un premier fil à travers le moyen de support et dans la première partie osseuse et la seconde parties osseuse dans un état où le guide chirurgical et un fil de traction maintiennent les positions relatives des parties osseuses.
