Summary:Endoscope assemblies, systems, and methods of manufacturing same are disclosed. In particular, endoscopes having controls and/or tool port openings one end of an elongate handle and the insertion tube assembly and umbilical extending to the console at another end of the elongate handle are provided. Fluid control and flow path arrangements in the handle of the endoscope are also described as well as configurations for articulation links and constructions for insertion tubes. Des ensembles, systèmes d'endoscope et des procédés de fabrication de ceux-ci sont divulgués. En particulier, l'invention concerne des endoscopes comprenant des commandes et/ou des ouvertures d'orifice d'outil, au niveau d'une extrémité d'une poignée allongée, et un ensemble tube d'insertion et un élément ombilical s'étendant jusqu'à la console, au niveau d'une autre extrémité de la poignée allongée. L'invention concerne également des agencements de commande de fluide et de trajet d'écoulement, dans la poignée de l'endoscope, ainsi que des agencements de liaisons et constructions d'articulations, destinés à des tubes d'insertion.
