Summary: | The present invention relates to the antiviral and viral infection-inhibitory effects of fucosyllactose. According to the present invention, 2'-fucosyllactose and 3-fucosyllactose, which are human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), were confirmed to have antiviral activity, and in particular, 3-fucosyllactose was found in vitro and in vivo to have significant antiviral activity and inhibitory efficacy against viral infection compared to 2'-fucosyllactose, and thus can be effectively used for antiviral purposes.
La présente invention concerne les effets antiviraux et inhibiteurs d'infection virale du fucosyllactose. Selon la présente invention, il a été confirmé que le 2'-fucosyllactose et le 3-fucosyllactose, qui sont des oligosaccharides du lait humain (HMO), présentent une activité antivirale, et en particulier, il a été découvert que le 3-fucosyllactose, in vitro et in vivo, présente une activité antivirale et une efficacité inhibitrice contre une infection virale significatives par rapport au 2'-fucosyllactose, et peuvent ainsi être utilisés efficacement à des fins antivirales.
본 발명은 푸코실락토스의 항바이러스 및 바이러스 감염 억제 효과에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 인간 모유 올리고당(human milk oligosaccharides, HMOs)인 2'-푸코실락토스 및 3-푸코실락토스는 항바이러스 활성을 가지는 것으로 확인되었으며, 특히, 3-푸코실락토스는 2'-푸코실락토스에 비해 현저한 항바이러스 활성 및 바이러스 감염 억제능을 가지는 것을 in vitro 및 in vivo로 밝혔으므로, 이를 항바이러스 용도로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. |
