The present invention relates to a static contact of a grounding switch, and a straight-swing plug-in type grounding switch. The static contact of a grounding switch comprises: an upper cylinder part provided with static contact fingers therein; and a lower guide housing fixed at the lower end of the upper cylinder part, wherein one end of a guide channel is an open end, and the other end thereof is a closed end; and an elastic buffering member is arranged on the closed end in a protruding manner, and the elastic buffering member is arranged towards the guide channel, and is used for being in elastic press-fit with a moving contact that swings into the guide channel, thereby buffering and decelerating the moving contact.
