Summary: | The present invention relates to a microcoil element, an array type microcoil element, and a device. The microcoil element comprises: at least one wiring layer, the wiring layer being provided with multiple microcoil units, each of the microcoil units comprising multiple metal wire segments starting from a start point and forming multiple circles of continuous wires around the start point, and two ends of each of the metal wire segments comprising a first electrode end and a second electrode end; and an electrode layer on which a first electrode region and a second electrode region for respectively converging first electrode ends and second electrode ends of the metal wire segments among the multiple metal wire segments are provided. According to the present invention, the current density can be increased; moreover, the overall resistance is reduced by means of parallel connection, so that the microcoil element can have a powerful magnetic field function when at a small size.
