The present invention relates to an oral formulation comprising a high content of an API selected from 1-(3-cyano-1-isopropyl-indole-5-yl)pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The oral formulation according to the present invention has a high content and excellent physical properties by comprising a fluidizing agent from among excipients, and thus can have increased economic efficiency and convenience of administration. La présente invention concerne une formulation orale comprenant une teneur élevée en une API choisie parmi un acide 1-(3-cyano-1-isopropyl-indole-5-yl)pyrazole-4-carboxylique ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
