L'invention divulgue un système chirurgical comprenant un ensemble boîtier comprenant un arbre allongé s'étendant de celui-ci et une unité de chargement comprenant un ergot s'étendant de celui-ci. L'arbre allongé comprend un ensemble ressort. L'unité de chargement peut tourner par rapport à l'arbre allongé entre une position déverrouillée et une position verrouillée. L'ensemble ressort est conçu pour résister à la rotation de l'ergot lorsque l'unité de chargement est tournée vers la position verrouillée.
