Disclosed are an interconnection member, a battery pack and an electrical device. The interconnection member comprises a flexible flat cable, an insulating hard board and a connector, wherein the flexible flat cable comprises a main cable and several terminals, the several terminals being branched from one end of the main cable and being fixed on the insulating hard board, and each terminal being electrically connected to at least one wiring of the main cable and being electrically connected to a tab of a battery cell; and the connector is arranged at the other end of the main cable and is electrically connected to a battery protection board and the main cable of the flexible flat cable. In the present application, structural reinforcement is performed on a weak zone of the flexible flat cable by means of the insulating hard board, which is beneficial for improving the reliability of electrical connection between the terminal and the tab of the battery cell, and meeting the design requirements of battery cell
