The present invention relates to: a method for removing a Bordetella-pertussis-derived endotoxin in a multivalent mixed vaccine, comprising a pre-adsorption step that is prior to a step of mixing an inactivated Bordetella pertussis vaccine solution with other antigens of a multivalent mixed vaccine in an aluminum excipient; a method for preparing a multivalent mixed vaccine from which the endotoxin is removed; and a multivalent mixed vaccine composition from which the endotoxin is removed.
