The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above and provides a rough mat which forms a surface that makes it difficult to hit a shot, so as to significantly increase the level of difficulty and provide a more realistic golf shot environment for the rough, compared to taking a golf shot on a fairway mat, and which provides a feeling of hitting accordingly. For this purpose, the rough mat according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a rough mat that provides a shot environment for the rough, comprises: a mat top plate portion including a grass portion on which a golf ball is placed; and a surface forming frame which has a patterned shape for forming a curved surface and is provided under the mat top plate portion so that the mat top plate portion forms the curved surface according to the patterned shape.
