The present invention is related to a device (1), comprising a unit (2) for taking up a fluid, a unit (3) for emitting electric pulses, wherein said unit (2) for taking up a fluid and said unit (3) for emitting electric pulses are connected with each other via lines (4a, 4a', 4b, 4b') so as to form a circuit, wherein there are provided connections (5a, 5b) for connecting the lines (4a, 4b) arranged at said unit (2) for taking up a fluid with the lines (4a', 4b') arranged at said unit (3) for emitting electric pulses in a releasable, hygienic and leakage-free manner. The present invention is related to an apparatus (9) comprising said device (1), and to a method for treating cells performed with said device (1) or said apparatus (9). La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1), comprenant une unité (2) pour prélever un fluide, une unité (3) pour émettre des impulsions électriques, ladite unité (2) pour prélever un fluide et ladite unité (3) pour émettre des impulsions électriques étant reliées entre elles par des lignes (4a, 4a', 4b, 4b') de manière à former un circuit, où sont prévues des connexions (5a, 5b) pour connecter les lignes (4a, 4b) disposées au niveau de ladite unité (2) pour prélever un fluide avec les lignes (4a', 4b') disposées au niveau de ladite unité (3) pour émettre des impulsions électriques d'une manière détachable, hygiénique et sans fuite. La présente invention concerne également un appareil (9) comprenant ledit dispositif (1), et un procédé de traitement de cellules réalisées avec ledit dispositif (1) ou ledit appareil (9).
