Summary:The present invention provides a method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells, comprising early culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing umbilical cord blood serum and then sub-culturing same in a medium containing fetal bovine serum. The method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention can maintain stem cell properties by reducing the differentiation and aging of stem cells, and, in particular, can achieve a remarkably high proliferation rate. La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture de cellules souches mésenchymateuses, comprenant la culture précoce de cellules souches mésenchymateuses dans un milieu contenant du sérum sanguin de cordon ombilical, puis la sous-culture de celles-ci dans un milieu contenant du sérum bovin fœtal. Le procédé de culture de cellules souches mésenchymateuses selon la présente invention peut maintenir des propriétés de cellules souches par inhibition de la différenciation et du vieillissement de cellules souches et peut atteindre, en particulier, un taux de prolifération remarquablement élevé. 본 발명은 중간엽 줄기세포를 제대혈 혈청이 포함된 배지에서 초기 배양한 후, 우태아 혈청이 포함된 배지에서 계대 배양하는 것을 포함하는 중간엽 줄기세포 배양방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 중간엽 줄기세포의 배양방법은 줄기세포의 분화 및 노화가 감소됨으로써 줄기세포성을 유지할 수 있고, 특히 현저하게 높은 증식율을 달성할 수 있다.
