The present invention relates to a maleimide resin composition which contains (A) one or more compounds that are selected from the group consisting of maleimide compounds having one or more N-substituted maleimide groups and derivatives of the maleimide compounds, and (B) a polymer that has a hydrocarbon chain or a polyether chain as the main chain, wherein the component (A) dissolves in an alcohol solvent, a ketone solvent, an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, an ester solvent or a nitrogen atom-containing solvent at a concentration of 30% by mass or more at 25°C. The present invention also relates to a prepreg, a laminate, a resin film, a printed wiring board and a semiconductor package, each of which is obtained using the maleimide resin composition. L'invention concerne une composition de résine maléimide qui comprend : (A) au moins un élément choisi dans un groupe constitué d'un composé maléimide possédant au moins un groupe maléimide N-substitué, et d'un dérivé de celui-ci ; et (B) un polymère possédant une chaîne hydrocarbure ou une chaîne polyéther au niveau de sa chaîne principale. Ledit composant (A) est dissous à raison de 30% en masse ou plus pour un solvant à base d'alcool, un solvant à base de cétone, un solvant à base d'hydrocarbure aromatique, un solvant à base d'ester ou un solvant comprenant un atome d'azote, à 25°C. L'invention concerne également un pré-imprégné, une plaque stratifiée, un film de résine, une carte de circuit imprimé et un boîtier de semi-conducteur qui mettent en œuvre cette composition de résine maléimide. （Ａ）Ｎ－置換マレイミド基を１個以上有するマレイミド化合物及びその誘導体からなる群から選択される１種以上と、（Ｂ）主鎖に炭化水素鎖又はポリエーテル鎖を有するポリマーと、を含有し、前記（Ａ）成分が、２５℃において、アルコール系溶剤、ケトン系溶剤、芳香族炭化水素系溶剤、エステル系溶剤又は窒素原子含有溶剤に対して、３０質量％以上溶解するものである、マレイミド樹脂組成物、該マレイミド樹脂組成物を用いたプリプレグ、積層板、樹脂フィルム、プリント配線板及び半導体パッケージに関する。
