A method for producing fluorenone which comprises, in the following order, a pretreatment step in which fluorene is heated in the presence of a lower aliphatic carboxylic acid, a bromine compound, and a metal catalyst and an oxidation step in which the fluorene and oxygen are continuously fed to conduct an oxidation reaction. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de fluorénone qui inclut dans l'ordre : une étape de prétraitement au cours de laquelle un fluorène est chauffé en présence d'un acide carboxylique aliphatique inférieur, d'un composé brome et d'un catalyseur métallique ; et une étape d'oxydation au cours de laquelle le fluorène et un oxygène sont approvisionnés en continu, et une réaction d'oxydation est effectuée. フルオレンを低級脂肪族カルボン酸、臭素化合物及び金属触媒の存在下で加熱する前処理工程、及びフルオレンと酸素を連続的に供給し酸化反応を行う酸化工程をこの順で含む、フルオレノンの製造方法である。
