An electronic device according to an embodiment comprises: a first structure; a second structure slidably coupled to the first structure; a flexible display disposed on the second structure, the flexible display comprising a first area forming the front surface of the electronic device and a second area extending from the first area; a circuit board coupled to the first structure and having a heat generating component disposed thereon; and a heat diffusion member disposed so as to face the circuit board and for diffusing heat generated from the heat generating component. The electronic device can be in a first state, in which the second area is positioned inside the first structure, or a second state in which at least a part of the second area forms the front surface of the electronic device together with the first area. The heat diffusion member can move together with the second structure when the electronic device transforms between the first state and second state.
