Summary:A compression-molding mold for environmentally-friendly plant fiber tableware, comprising a mold platform (1), several mold grooves (2) arranged on the mold platform (1), and slideways (3) arranged at two ends in the mold grooves (2). Two ends of retractable plates (4) are slidably connected to the inside of the slideways (3). Bottom parts of the retractable plates (4) are fixedly connected to top parts of limiting plates (5). Bottom parts of the limiting plates (5) are fixedly connected to top parts of first retractable rods (6). A pressing plate is pressed down by means of a pressing device such that plant fiber is pressed into the mold groove and undergoes compression molding. The retractable plates can stretch and retract vertically by means of the first retractable rods in the mold grooves, eject shaped molds from the mold grooves, and push the molds ejected from the mold grooves away from the mold platform by pushing push plates forward.
