The SARS-CoV-2 antibody has one or more of the following properties: blocking the binding of an S protein RBD of SARS-CoV-2 or a mutant thereof with human ACE2; specifically binding to the S protein RBD of SARS-CoV-2 or a mutant thereof by using a very low KD value; and having SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing activity.
