The light-emitting substrate (100) is provided with a light-emitting surface (100a) configured to emit light, and the light emitted by the light-emitting surface (100a) irradiates the counter substrate (200). The intermediary layer component (300) comprises a thin-film encapsulation layer (30), a filling layer (31), and a protective layer (32), which are sequentially stacked in a pointing direction from the light-emitting substrate (100) vertically pointing to the counter substrate (200).
