According to various embodiments, an operating method of an electronic device may provided, and the operating method may comprise determining initiation of a voice call on a first Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), while availing first data services through the first SIM, wherein the initiation of a voice call leads to a fallback from a first Radio Access Technology (RAT), wherein a Default Data Subscription/Service (DDS) is set to the first SIM, registering with a first network through a second SIM, in response to determining the second SIM is registered with a second network with a second RAT, and availing the first data services from the second SIM that is registered with the first network, while engaging in the voice call on the first SIM. Other various embodiments may be possible. Selon divers modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif électronique. Le procédé de fonctionnement peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : déterminer une initiation d'un appel vocal sur un premier module d'identité d'abonné (SIM) tout en utilisant des premiers services de données par l'intermédiaire du premier SIM, l'initiation d'un appel vocal provoquant un repli depuis une première technologie d'accès radio (RAT), un abonnement/service de données par défaut (DDS) étant paramétré sur le premier SIM ; en réponse à une détermination indiquant qu'un second SIM est inscrit auprès d'un second réseau avec une seconde RAT, s'inscrire auprès d'un premier réseau par l'intermédiaire du second SIM ; et utiliser les premiers services de données provenant du second SIM qui est inscrit auprès du premier réseau tout en établissant l'appel vocal sur le premier SIM. Divers autres modes de réalisation sont également possibles.
